Kit Moore

Builder. AI Architect. ADHD Brain.

I build AI systems that stay bounded and tools that actually help people. I care about craft over credentials, shipping over theorizing, and honesty over hype. My brain works differently — I've turned that into a superpower for understanding what other "different" brains need.

What I've Built

Held

2025-present Live

ADHD management PWA. Phase-aware time tracking, skew detection, trusted circles for accountability. Built because existing tools don't understand how ADHD brains actually work.

SvelteKitTypeScriptSupabasePWATailwind

K-Architecture

2025-present

104-room semantic routing system for AI. Proved K-axes are perpendicular in embedding space. Small models + good scaffolding = coherent output without massive compute.

2025 Live

Dual-persona AI writing coach. BYOK model. Split-panel with chat and Tiptap editor. AI writes directly to your document with persona-appropriate voice.

K-Shell

2025-present

Local-first AI shell with K-routing. Multi-turn context, golden chain logging, voice interface, daemon mode. The fox has a body.

How I Work

Ship first, polish later. Working software beats perfect plans. I'd rather have something real to iterate on.

Understand the problem. I'll ask questions that might seem basic. That's because I want to solve the actual problem, not the assumed one.

Honest about limits. If I don't know something, I'll say so. If something won't work, I'll tell you before we waste time on it.

Care about users. I build for people, not metrics. Especially people whose needs are usually ignored.
